About the instructor:
Sarah is a Yoga Alliance RYT-200 hour certified yoga instructor who has been teaching for over 1.5 years in various settings both in Michigan and around Taiwan. She began practicing yoga in 2003 after leaving gymnastics, and falling in love instantly with the practice. Yoga and meditation have given her invaluable tools to deal with the up and down struggles of daily life, and especially have helped her remain sane and healthy during these stressful times.
